Terms & Conditions — badjali User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and badjali with respect to your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

badjali reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires a notice period. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms are written in English. In any case of ambiguity or dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version. badjali may make translations available for convenience only; such translations carry no legal weight.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another person or a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not accept these Terms and must not use the Platform.

3.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The badjali Platform is strictly intended for use by adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place any wager on the Platform. By completing the registration process, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. badjali employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on badjali at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. If badjali identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and all bonus credits and associated winnings will be voided. The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when creating your account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination. You must update your account information promptly if any of your details change.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. badjali will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify badjali's customer support team immediately.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions

badjali is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. badjali makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited may result in account suspension.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

badjali accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). badjali does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which badjali accepts no liability.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on badjali is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, but badjali reserves the right to impose account-level deposit limits as part of our responsible gaming programme or at our discretion for risk management purposes. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. badjali reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers our anti-fraud review procedures. Withdrawals will only be paid to an account or payment method registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.4 Player Funds

Real-money funds held in your badjali account are your property and are held separately from badjali's operational funds. badjali does not use player funds for operational expenses. Your account balance is available for withdrawal at any time subject to these Terms, any applicable wagering requirements, and the completion of any pending KYC verification.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

badjali reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, badjali will notify the player as soon as is practicable and provide the reason for the refusal or reversal where it is lawful and operationally feasible to do so.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional offers available on badjali are intended for genuine recreational players. badjali reserves the right to exclude any player from receiving a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, the use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other conduct that badjali reasonably determines to be exploitative or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific terms of a promotion, all bonus credit is subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion will be specified in the promotion's dedicated terms page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credit and any associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the specified promotion period will be automatically removed from your account balance upon expiry. badjali will not reinstate expired bonus credit under any circumstances.

5.4 Abuse and Fraudulent Bonus Claims

Any attempt to circumvent bonus conditions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using virtual private networks to misrepresent your location, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — constitutes bonus fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including any real-money balance accumulated during the period of abuse.

By using the badjali Platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or are a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1.
• Operating more than one active account on badjali simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or random number generator used by the Platform.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slot reels, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-manual capacity.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live casino game, or betting market to manipulate outcomes or share information improperly.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward badjali staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.

badjali employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, badjali will take immediate action including — but not limited to — account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of bets and winnings, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your badjali account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds on your account. Bonus credit that has not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by badjali

badjali reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a Prohibited User as defined in Section 1.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring badjali to close the account.

Where badjali closes an account due to the player's breach of these Terms, badjali reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to forfeit the balance entirely.

7.3 Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling habits are becoming problematic may request a voluntary self-exclusion. Self-exclusion options on badjali range from a 24-hour cooling-off period to a permanent account closure. During any active self-exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, receive marketing communications, or access any gaming content. badjali takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and will process them promptly. 8.1 Platform Availability

badjali endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond our control. badjali will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from a period of Platform unavailability.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While badjali takes all reasonable steps to ensure that odds, game results, account balances, and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. badjali reserves the right to correct any manifest error — including erroneous odds, game malfunctions, or incorrectly credited winnings — without liability. Where an error has resulted in a player receiving funds to which they were not entitled, badjali reserves the right to recover those funds from the player's account balance.

8.3 Gambling Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. badjali will not, under any circumstances, be liable for gambling losses incurred by any player on the Platform. By accepting these Terms and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand the nature and risk of gambling and that you are wagering funds that you can afford to lose. 8.4 Third-Party Services

badjali integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services. badjali is not liable for any failure, delay, error, or data loss attributable to a third-party service provider, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any game studio. Where a third-party failure directly affects your badjali account, we will work in good faith to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

8.5 Force Majeure

badjali shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event as defined in Section 1. In the event of a Force Majeure event, badjali will notify affected players as soon as practicable and will resume normal operations as quickly as circumstances allow.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.
